- tank corrosion - made of metal and filled with water? Your tank is eventually going to rust. The first indication of this is yellow or rust colored water.
- clogged drain - sediment will collect over the years at the bottom of your water heated, clogging the drain valve.
- leaking - unfortunately, leaking is an indication of an internal tank problem which can rarely be fixed.
